We’re building a website

Diversity Arts Australia is building a knowledge-exchange website to support increased cultural diversity in the arts. We are on a mission to make the arts more equitable and inclusive for people from all cultural backgrounds. Most arts organisations support this idea, but the evidence shows we are still a long way from our goal.

 

How can we help you?

So what does your organisation need to support its journey to be more inclusive? Could you use links to research? Case studies of success? Resources like short films, posters, policy templates and targets?

 

Our survey

In 2019 we asked the sector via a survey which received 92 responses. The suvey is now closed.

We are currently developing the Creative Equity Toolkit based on the results of this survey, due to launch in stages from mid-May 2020. The project will offer practical tools and useful resources and best practices to support arts organisations to increase their cultural diversity.
