Simone Amelia Jordan will share captivating stories from her new memoir, Tell Her She’s Dreamin’, reflecting on her journey as Australia’s top hip-hop journalist. Together with co-host Zig Parker, they’ll exchange stories with selected audience members who would like to share life-changing tales from hip-hop culture.

Then, brace yourself for an electrifying rap battle between L-FRESH The Lion and Mari. with DJ Capital Zee. With support from Diversity Arts Australia, this unique celebration marks hip-hop’s 50th anniversary year.

At Bankstown Arts Centre on Friday 22 September, 7-8.30pm.
