Join the info session
Thinking about applying for Ripple? Join us for an online info session to learn more about the 2026 Ripple: Disability and Culturally Diverse Internship Program, delivered by Accessible Arts in partnership with Diversity Arts Australia.
Ripple is a unique paid 14-week program for eight emerging creatives and arts workers who identify as both culturally diverse and d/Deaf, Disabled and/or Neurodivergent. It includes an internship, one-on-one mentorship, and a training program focused on access, inclusion, and cultural safety.
The conversation will be led by Accessible Arts’ Ripple Project Coordinator Ava Lacoon, who will also provide insights and perspective as a past Ripple participant. They will be joined by Kevin Bathman from Diversity Arts Australia.
We know arts applications can be inaccessible, and that many of us Disabled folks may need more support or time to navigate them.
Take this opportunity to come and hear from Ava and Kevin to learn about the program and ask any questions in our open and relaxed Q & A at the end.
This session will cover:
- Information on the Ripple program: overview of Internship, Mentoring and Training Program
- How to apply
- Application questions
- Access
- Eligibility criteria
Access information: Closed captioning and Auslan interpreting will be available for this session. The session will be recorded and published. Please share any access requirements when registering.
