Sydney-based Cecilia Anthony is a strategy and engagement expert with specialist knowledge working with and for diverse communities across various policy areas, including education and employment.
Cecilia is General Manager, Advisory with Aboriginal-owned and led consultancy Inside Policy. She has undertaken senior roles in government, business and peak bodies, including with the Australia Council for the Arts, where she was the inaugural Government Relations Manager. She specialises in policy and programming related to First Nations and multicultural communities and combines her passion for self-determination with her love of the arts.
Cecilia has been involved in First Nations policy, advocacy and affairs for 20 years to support equity and advancement for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in NSW and nationally. At the core of her work ethic is the belief that all communities have a right to self-determination and to have their voices heard.
