Strategic diversity planning
Using our comprehensive audit tool as a design template, DARTS supports and mentors organisations to develop Diversity Action Plans. The audit report provides direction on the types of actions to address challenges, focus areas of improvement and opportunities for increasing engagement with diversity. The organisation’s Diversity Action Plan will outline specific capacity building needs which can be actioned according to a strategic timeline.
