Bringing together established artists from underrepresented culturally diverse and migrant backgrounds, InterGenerate acknowledges their labour and historical impact, providing a space to share experiences, strategies, and tactics with early-career artists and help navigate a challenging arts industry. Through mentorship-exchange, InterGenerate opened dialogue, exchange and knowledge sharing, supporting early career artists to undertake new visual art, dance and multidisciplinary works.InterGenerate was designed to provide nourishment and encouragement, offer space to strengthen practices, and facilitate critical dialogue.
